Supporting Brain Health With Nutritional Therapy

We all want to lead happy, healthy lives, whether we’re in our 20s or our 70s.

But given the stresses and strains of modern-day life, adopting a holistic approach to our physical and mental health can feel like too high a mountain to climb.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

At Life Nourish I understand how daunting adopting a healthier approach can be, when you try to do it on your own.

Which is why I hold my clients’ hands throughout the process so that together we can find a sustainable diet and lifestyle practice to create optimum health.

My Approach

I am a passionate believer that a healthy lifestyle promotes better mental health. My mother had dementia for many years, which was devasting to witness. I was terrified of the same thing happening to me so I decided to dedicate my life to learning how to minimise the risk – and to share that knowledge with others.

The basic tenets of my treatment are simple: eating well, gut health, sleeping well, exercising and reducing stress. These practices can be equally effective for improving low mood, anxiety, lack of energy, brain fog, mood swings and problems with motivation.

Obtaining Optimum Brain Health

My programme includes 5 basic tenets:

Nutrition

Gut Health

Exercise

Sleep

Stress Reduction

About Tanya

I set up life nourish to help people who are who are suffering with brain health issues such as anxiety, brain fog, sub optimal mental health etc to find a sustainable way to regain control of their brain health through diet and lifestyle so they can lead a happier, longer and more productive and fulfilling life.

Watching my mother and my uncle suffer from dementia was heartbreaking and the idea that it could happen to me or anyone else I cared about terrified me. I was too late to be able to help my mother but I can help others regain control of their health and live happier, longer and more fulfilling lives.

The basic tenets of my approach are simple: eating well, gut health, sleeping well, exercising, and reducing stress.
