Nutritional Therapy & Lifestyle Coaching

Healthy vegetarian breakfast bowls. Quinoa, kale, green beans, avocado, egg and creamy tahini dressing bowls over grey concrete background, selective focus. Energy boosting, clean eating food concept

We are what we eat. And just as every plant needs different amounts of water, sunlight, nutrients, soil, humidity (you get the idea) each of our bodies has individual needs for optimum health.

We’d all like to get out of bed feeling energised, calm, focussed, sharp and at our physical best.  We all want to stop worrying about getting older and, instead, know that we’re giving ourselves the best chance to live our lives to the fullest for as long as possible.

It starts from the inside.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You have brain fog, anxiety, low mood, low energy, inability to concentrate, forgetfulness, waking up feeling tired, a lack of joy etc
  • You are a busy parent or have a high stress job or you are simply unmotivated to make the changes needed to feel better.
  • You have witnessed a loved one suffering from dementia and you are now worrying about your own brain health.
  • You have been to the doctor and been told there is nothing wrong with you, but you know you aren’t feeling 100%

These are just a few examples of why my clients seek help.

I can work with you to connect brain and body, and to help you to take control of your physical and mental health.

Although working on our health takes time and effort (after all we’ve spent years getting to the point we’re at) we’ll come up with a plan to fit your personal likes, dislikes and, most importantly, your life.

What happens next?

  • Prior to the first consultation: The first job is to understand more about you.  I’ll ask you to complete a health questionnaire and food diary prior to the first consultation. Don’t be afraid! This is just a simple way to learn more about what’s going on for you. Then we’ll dive into the detail during the consultation.
  • Consultation 1: We’ll establish your history, where you’re at now and your goals. I might recommend biochemical or genetic tests to really get to grips with what could be stopping you from feeling great.

Based on your questionnaire and consultation, we’ll work out a diet and lifestyle plan, which is sustainable, and you can put into action at home.  This might include supplements to give your body a little extra support, or fill any important dietary gaps

  • Consultation 2 and beyond – We’ll look at what is working and what isn’t, discuss test results if returned (these can take a while to process) We’ll then put together a new health optimisation plan taking into account how the changes have fitted in with your life. Each week we will review your progress and take everything as fast or slow as you need, building sustainable and enjoyable diet and lifestyle changes.

At the end of the package we can discuss whether you feel you have reached your goals or whether you would like further support.

Personalised Packages

Making changes to your life takes time, patience, and self-love. For this reason, I offer individually tailored packages, rather than one-off sessions which are also more economical. This I do offer an initial MOT, the cost of which can be deducted from a package should you choose to continue.
